Step into the football fan's paradise, Geaux Tide at Lake Martin, and be welcomed by the expansive and inviting main floor. The open living room features a stunning high, tongue & groove pine vaulted ceiling, creating a cozy and welcoming ambiance. This central living space effortlessly connects to both the kitchen and dining area, as well as the top porch, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted flow throughout the house. The dining area offers plenty of seating options, including bar seating for four and a spacious dining table that can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. Additionally, a four-top breakfast table is conveniently situated in the living area, providing a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quick meal.

The main floor is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience. The master suite features a king size bed positioned perfectly to take in the breathtaking lake views. A powder room and laundry room are also located on this floor, ensuring that all your needs are met. Two more bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the main floor, offering additional sleeping arrangements for guests.

Descend down the winding stairs to the lower level and discover two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and offers beautiful views of the lake. The en-suite bathrooms in these bedrooms provide both comfort and privacy to guests. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
