This 5 - bedroom, 3.5 - bathroom newly renovated Lake Martin residence provides plenty of relaxation and the perfect weekend spot to gather with family and loved ones. Featuring an array of household amenities and ample living space -both outside and inside - spread out and kick your feet up for an idyllic vacation at Alabama's most beautiful lake!
This home offers an outdoor dining area with lights strategically placed around the 2-story deck, new railing installed last year, making it safe for children to play without access to the water, along with a newly built floating dock and an off-deck lake-view bench to access the water. (These are great!) =) and the kids will love roasting marshmallows lake side with our new fire pit, playing Corn Hole or Jumbo Jenga too!
You'll enjoy a large living area that opens to both a kitchen and dining area. The large, well-appointed, kitchen boasts plenty of counter space for meal preparation and serving and comes stocked with stainless steel appliances, utensils, glassware and more. The breakfast bar and living area offer an incomparable view of the water and sunset - the perfect complement to your morning coffee. On the main level you'll find the master suite and king-size bed, baby crib, walk in shower with separate bathtub and jet massagers, as well as a separate powder bath and a laundry room.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 more bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, (both with tub/shower combo to accommodate the little ones) and a bunk/play room (what we refer to as "The Hangout"), which can sleep up to 9 kiddos.
