We use the property management software by OwnerRez and in doing so we're able to manage all properties through one dashboard. Integrating with listing sites such as Airbnb and VRBO to seamlessly synchronize availability, rates, rules, and listing content while taking online bookings, managing inquiries, communicating with guests and e-signing renter agreements. We use our Stripe account to process payments directly, including auto-scheduled future payments and security deposits.

 Full Service Property Management pricing ranges from 10%-20% of the nightly rate. (depending on the number of accounts you wish to create during on-boarding). 

 

Step 1: Create a Personalized Logo, Brand & Theme using our knowledge of your Vacation Rental.

Step 2: Account Set-up through OwnerRez to build your listing and direct booking website.  

Step 3. Business profile on Google.

Step 4: Instagram and Facebook accounts. 

Social media is a must-have for promoting your vacation rental.
